2.3 You may not impersonate another person, operate multiple accounts, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.
2.4 Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

4. Platform Availability

5. Account & Verification
5.1 Upon registration, you must verify your email within 10 days; otherwise, your account will be deactivated.
5.2 Users may be required to submit task proofs (such as screenshots) for verification.
5.3 Our team reviews submissions within 3 business days. Unverified or inaccurate submissions may be rejected.
5.4 Once a task is submitted, it cannot be undone. Attempting to manipulate task status may lead to permanent suspension.
6. Points & Rewards
6.1 Users earn points by completing approved activities within the Platform.\
6.2 Points serve as a recognition system and do not represent direct monetary value outside the Platform.
6.3 Redemption:
- A minimum threshold must be met before points can be redeemed.
- Redemption options (e.g., vouchers, wallet credit, etc.) are managed by the Platform administrator and may vary by region.
- Processing of redemption requests may take up to 7 business days.
- Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.
6.4 Any misuse of the redemption system may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.
7. Support & Tickets
7.1 Users may raise support tickets via the app or website.
7.2 We aim to process tickets promptly but cannot guarantee resolution within a specific timeframe.
8. Inactivity
8.1 Accounts may be deactivated if the email is invalid, the account remains unverified within 10 days, or the account remains inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Upon deactivation, pending redemption requests may be canceled.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KingTasker harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will take effect once posted on the Platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
